On January 19, 2024, the annual conference of the KÖSTER BAUCHEMIE AG construction chemicals sales team took place in wintry but sunny Aurich.
Dr. Dieter Köster kicked off the event with a review and preview of the activities of KÖSTER BAUCHEMIE AG, followed by a presentation by Dirk Grabow on various sales topics. The first break was not only used to take a deep breath, recharge the batteries and check cell phones, but also to take photos of the first half of the participants for the website.
This was followed by Jörg Stolberger, who spoke about planning and preparing customer visits. Florian Rudolphi spoke about needs analysis and Peter Kurowski about sales systems. During the lunch break, plenty of refreshments were provided, but the time was also used for the remaining participant photos. Dirk Fischer then spoke about the products KÖSTER Thermal Restoration Plaster and KÖSTER MS Sealant in theory and practice and finally Dirk Grabow set the focus for 2024.
The event came to a relaxed conclusion with an evening of bowling together.
